The Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be part of our talented engineering team, on a mission of modernizing our web frontend stack.

While working in a cross-functional team alongside product managers, user experience researchers, designers, and other developers building best-of-class user experiences, you’ll be able to make an impact in every possible way.
You will also be a core member of our Web Frontend chapter, where we discuss and implement the best practices and improvements that will scale for the upcoming years.

Responsibilities

• As part of a product team, build best-in-class customer experiences in web frontend
• Contribute to architectural decisions, tag the team along, have fun, and be productive
• Establish priorities, set objectives, and provide guidance and feedback where needed
• Align with your colleagues on product, listen, and make yourself heard
• Help build an awesome team and get yourself and your team ready for international adventures

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience as a web frontend engineer
• Solid understanding of web fundamentals: HTML 5, CSS 3, ECMAScript 6+, Typescript
• Experience in web frontend frameworks: Vue.js (2, 3), Nuxt, or similar (React, Next.js)
  Bonus points if you have:
• Experience in building frontend applications
• Open-source contributions/projects
• Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management
• Experience in (preferably international) marketplaces
• Experience working in a scale- or start-up
