We are looking for a talented Backend Senior Developer/ Tech Leader who loves working with both people and software. We expect that you, as a leader, are passionate about building an environment where software engineers can achieve their full potential. As an engineer, you have a great understanding of modern development techniques and can be a partner for the team to choose the best solutions. We expect that you can be an advocate of clean code, and clean architecture, TDD (Test Driven Development), pair programming and always welcome feedback. You will be given a lot of autonomy and we want you to use the most of it and drive the team towards technical excellence. We hope you feel learning is a natural part of your workday and you have a high interest in keeping up with current best practices in your areas of expertise.
