About the TeamThe Record Management team leads the experience for viewing and creating sales records (people, accounts, opportunities, etc.) which are the most heavily interacted pages within Outreach. The team’s primary mission is to provide the industry's best experience pulling the wealth of buyer data into a clean experience that makes the information accessible, consumable and actionable.The RoleOutreach is transforming how companies engage with their customers. The team is looking for a highly experienced React developer to join the Records Management team in Prague. Your primary focus will be on solving challenging technical problems, building performant, maintainable and reliable solutions, delivering value and collaborating with other great engineers, product managers and designers. The workplace is based in Prague, Czechia.This is a full-time, permanent role, not eligible for contractors and for work from other countries.
Your Daily Adventures Will Include
Write high quality code using React, Typescript, Material UI and GraphQL
Take part in code reviews and architectural discussions
Help us build customer trust by keeping the quality bar high and delivering well tested code
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers located in Prague and well as their colleagues or other Engineers in all our locations (USA, Czech Republic, India)
Working in an international team environment

Respond to changing requirements efficiently and responsibly

Mentor and provide support/guidance for other team members
Our Vision of You
10+ years of professional software development experience
2+ years of experience as a technical lead in a growing engineering team
Deep experience with React and JavaScript / Typescript to build web applications
Experience in developing a complex application with performance in mind
Strong problem solving, design, coding and debugging skills
Experience building and consuming web based APIs
Great communications skills and ability to give and receive honest feedback
