About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ReactJS Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building intuitive, high-performance user interfaces and has a deep understanding of ReactJS, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). This is a hands-on role where you will take the lead in designing, developing, and optimizing scalable front-end solutions for web applications used by thousands of users.

You will work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to bring ideas to life and create seamless, engaging digital experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of highly responsive and modular ReactJS applications.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional front-end code.
• Build and manage application state using Redux for complex workflows.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient JavaScript code with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and adherence to accessibility standards.
• Implement best practices in front-end architecture, component design, and state management.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers and junior developers.
• Optimize application performance through profiling, testing, and fine-tuning.
• Stay current with front-end technologies, trends, and frameworks to continuously improve development processes.
• Work closely with QA to resolve bugs and ensure quality standards are met.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of front-end development experience with a strong focus on ReactJS and JavaScript.
• In-depth knowledge of ReactJS including component lifecycle, hooks, context API, and performance optimization techniques.
• Strong experience with Redux for managing application state in large-scale apps.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), along with HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools like Webpack, Babel, NPM, Yarn.
• Proficient in version control systems such as Git.
• Experience with front-end testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
• Ability to write reusable, testable, and efficient code with a strong focus on code quality and maintainability.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, or SSR frameworks.
• Familiarity with UI design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Prior experience mentoring junior developers or leading small teams.
