About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Senior Frontend Developer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for building intuitive, scalable, and high-performance user interfaces using React.js, NextJS, and other modern web technologies. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience with frontend architecture, a strong focus on performance and accessibility, and a passion for creating seamless digital experiences.

As a key member of our frontend engineering team, you will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, marketing, and backend developers to deliver compelling features and frontend systems that support our customers and business goals. You will also play a crucial role in mentoring junior developers, sharing best practices, and driving technical excellence across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex React/NextJS web applications with clean, modular, and reusable code.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to transform wireframes and mockups into responsive, accessible UIs.
• Write unit tests and end-to-end tests using tools like Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress to ensure reliability and maintainability.
• Participate in Agile development processes including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and code reviews.
• Ensure high standards of accessibility, responsiveness, and performance across all user-facing components.
• Architect and build robust UI components that are consistent and easy to maintain using Storybook or similar tools.
• Integrate with backend APIs and third-party services while ensuring smooth and secure data flows.
• Use Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern build tools like Webpack to manage code delivery and deployments.
• Drive improvements in development workflows, code quality, and team processes.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, conducting code reviews and offering technical leadership.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with deep expertise in React.js, NextJS, TypeScript, and Redux.
• Strong foundation in HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and working knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, and React Testing Library.
• Familiarity with Storybook for component development and documentation.
• Proficiency with Git, version control workflows, and CI/CD tools.
• Deep understanding of Single Page Application (SPA) architecture and best practices in responsive and cross-browser design.
• Experience working in Agile environments with fast-moving product teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and team collaboration.
• Experience with third-party API integrations and serverless functions is a strong advantage.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and performance profiling tools.
• Experience with headless CMS, analytics integrations, or personalization frameworks.
